LOAN DOCUMENT NOTARY PUBLIC

Witnessing and certifying signatures for the Loan Signing process.

We will witness, certify, authenticate, and notarize documents in accordance with the Notary Signing Agent Code of Conduct and applicable state and federal law. Friendly customer service guaranteed. We specialize in home loan documents and notarize general documents like affidavits, letters, wills, attestations, and much more!

MOBILE NOTARY PUBLIC - The cost for a mobile notary is $10 per signer. The cost of time and travel is according to distance.
NOTARY PUBLIC - The cost for a general notary is $10 per signer without travel.
LOAN DOCUMENT NOTARY PUBLIC - The cost for real estate transactions generally ranges from $95 to $175 with travel cost.
PAYMENT - All fees will be collected in Full - Cash, checks, or credit cards are accepted. (Cash is preferred when possible for non-real estate transactions).

The person whose signature is being notarized must appear before me, not under any duress and MUST BE LUCID. No exceptions.
That person must provide a valid (unexpired) US Drivers License, US or Foreign Passport, or State ID Card. Copies are not accepted.
That person must have all the pages of the documents needed to be notarized (except for real estate transactions).
Travel fee will still be charged even for failure to meet the above requirements.
COVID-19 Safe! Mask and gloves will be worn at "ALL" times by both parties.
